Two poems and a shop. La Isla.
Possibly a shop at La Isla. Two poems are painted on the walls: La Oracion (a milonga by Atahualpa Yupanqui and Roberto Minchillo) and Enmienda (by Carlos Alberto Medina Matevé). Elcano and Avalos, August 2009.
Ochava, chaflán, ochavo... different names for a point that has become a line, a non dimensional entity that has gained a dimension. This newly acquired dimension as allowed the houses to open itself to the city with entrances, doors, gates, windows.
It should go without saying that all pictures posted in this blog were shot by me. All images have been resized from a larger image, usually in RAW format. Please don't use them without EXPLICIT permission. I have all the necessary information to show that they were shot by me. Thanks!
